Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility & Timeframes

5-Day Refund Window: You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

14-Day Cutoff: Returns initiated after 14 days from the date of delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and must include all original packaging or accessories.

Please pack your returns securely. Items that arrive damaged may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email service@niospet.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Ship the Item: Once approved, send the item back to us using a tracked shipping method.

3. Confirmation: We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return.


2. Refunds


Approval Notification

After we inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at service@niospet.com for assistance.
