Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
• Eligibility & Timeframes
• 5-Day Refund Window: You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
• 14-Day Cutoff: Returns initiated after 14 days from the date of delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Condition of Returned Items
• All returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and must include all original packaging or accessories.
• Please pack your returns securely. Items that arrive damaged may not qualify for a refund.
• Return Shipping
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.
• How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email service@niospet.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Ship the Item: Once approved, send the item back to us using a tracked shipping method.
3. Confirmation: We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return.

• Approval Notification
• After we inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.
• Refund Processing Time
• If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction.
• Delayed or Missing Refunds
